Every day at 06:00 UTC, our pipeline visits the public pricing pages of ~100 GLP-1 telehealth providers and records what they actually charge. Each price carries the date it was verified.
What counts: only prices read directly from a provider’s own website. Estimated, quiz-gated, or otherwise unverifiable prices are excluded from the index entirely — if we can’t verify it, we don’t count it.
How the median is computed: for each week we take each provider’s cheapest verified monthly price, then the median across providers — so a provider listing many dose variants counts once, and outliers don’t distort the market number. Weeks with fewer than 5 verifiable providers are not shown.
What this doesn’t include: membership fees, consultation fees, and shipping vary by provider and are itemised on the daily price tracker, which shows every provider’s current verified price individually.
