
Mild baked white fish over rice with burst cherry tomatoes.
White fish is one of the lightest proteins available. Keep the portion small.
Serves 1 · 5 min prep · 15 min cook
Preheat oven to 200C.
Place fish fillet on a lined tray. Scatter cherry tomatoes around it.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
Bake 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily and tomatoes are burst.
Serve over rice. Spoon the burst tomato juices over everything.
