
Soft turkey meatballs in marinara sauce over courgette noodles.
Turkey is leaner than beef and much easier to digest on GLP-1.
Serves 1 · 10 min prep · 15 min cook
Mix turkey mince with egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Form 6 small meatballs.
Heat a non-stick pan. Cook meatballs 3-4 minutes per side.
Add marinara sauce. Simmer 5 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
Meanwhile, cook courgette noodles in a separate pan for 2 minutes.
Plate courgette noodles, top with meatballs and sauce.
