Sliced deli turkey and avocado wrapped in crisp butter lettuce cups with mustard and tomato. Light, fresh, and no-cook.
Lettuce wraps are a great stepping stone between Phase 1 soft foods and full sandwiches. The lettuce provides crunch without being heavy.

Swap turkey for roast beef or chicken breast slices. Use hummus instead of avocado. Wrap in a small tortilla if you want more carbs.
Slice half a small avocado (about 50g) and divide among the wraps.
~2 min
Add sliced tomato, a smear of Dijon mustard, and a crack of black pepper to each wrap.

Roll up or eat open-faced. Serve with a side of pickles if desired.

Buy good deli turkey — look for brands with minimal sodium and no added sugar. Butter lettuce works best because the leaves form natural cups.
