Cold smoked salmon slices rolled around light cream cheese — no cooking, high protein, and the cold salty flavour works well when warm food is a no-go.
These are portion-controlled by nature — you can eat one roll-up at a time and save the rest. The saltiness can actually help with nausea for some people.
