Microwave scrambled eggs are underrated. No pan to wash, no cooking smells filling the kitchen — important when smells trigger nausea.

Crack 2 eggs into a microwave-safe mug. Add a tiny splash of water and a pinch of salt. Beat with a fork.

Microwave for 30 seconds, stir with fork, then microwave for another 20-30 seconds until just set.

Eat straight from the mug.
Do not overcook — pull them out while still slightly wet, they will continue cooking in the mug. A tiny knob of butter in the mug before cooking prevents sticking.
Add a tablespoon of milk or cream for softer texture if dairy is fine for you.
