Make the batter the night before and keep in the fridge. Cook in 5 minutes.

Mix 1 scoop protein powder, 1 egg, 2 tbsp oat flour, 60ml milk, and half tsp baking powder into a smooth batter.
Pour into a preheated waffle maker. Cook 3-4 minutes until golden.
Top with a spoonful of Greek yogurt and fresh berries.
