A warm mug of bone broth. Soothing, salty, hydrating, and gentle. Sometimes all you can manage — and that is fine.
Bone broth is the ultimate GLP-1 bad day food. The warmth soothes nausea, the salt replaces electrolytes, and the protein is a bonus. Sip it like tea throughout the day if needed.
Serves 1 · 1 min prep · 2 min cook
Pour 250ml of store-bought bone broth into a mug.
Microwave for 90 seconds until warm (not boiling).
~2 min
Sip slowly.
Keep a few cartons of good quality bone broth (chicken or beef) in the cupboard at all times. Brands like Kettle & Fire or supermarket own-brand work fine.
For vegetarian, use miso soup instead — similar warmth and salt, though less protein.
