The night before: combine 40g oats, half scoop protein powder, and 1 tsp chia seeds in a jar.
Pour 120ml milk over the top. Stir well.
Seal and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).
In the morning, top with sliced banana. Eat cold from the jar.
