
One slice of bread folded with cheddar and grilled in butter. Small, warm, comforting.
Grilled cheese is warm and soft which makes it easier to tolerate. Keep portions tiny.

Butter one side of a slice of bread.
Place cheese on the unbuttered side. Fold in half.
Cook in a pan on medium-low heat 2 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
Cut in half. Eat while warm.
