
Half a packet of ramen in broth with a soft egg and spring onion. Warm comfort food.
Use half a ramen packet and add an egg for protein. The warm broth is soothing on dose days.

Boil an egg for 6.5 minutes. Run under cold water and peel.
Cook half a packet of ramen noodles in 300ml water or broth for 3 minutes.
Pour into a bowl. Halve the egg and place on top.
Add sliced spring onion and a dash of soy sauce.
