Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 4oz (115g) ground turkey, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, and a pinch of ginger. Stir for 2 minutes.

Spoon the cooked turkey into 3-4 butter lettuce leaves.
Top with sliced green onion and a squeeze of lime.
Break the turkey into very small crumbles for best texture. A splash of rice vinegar at the end brightens everything up.
