If you find yourself cycling on and off Greek yogurt (very common), swap in cottage cheese for a week then come back. Your taste preferences will shift a lot in Phase 1.

Scoop 200g (about 3/4 cup) plain nonfat Greek yogurt into a bowl.

Top with 60g (1/2 cup) fresh or thawed mixed berries.

Drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey. Eat slowly.
Fage 0% or Chobani plain nonfat have the highest protein per gram. Avoid flavoured yogurts — they have way more sugar and less protein per serving.
For dairy-free, use a coconut or soy-based yogurt alternative, but note protein will drop significantly (typically 2-6g). Add a scoop of unflavoured plant protein to compensate.
