A few spoonfuls of plain Greek yogurt topped with a small handful of mixed berries. High protein, gentle on the stomach.
Start with just 2-3 spoonfuls. You can always have more. Plain yogurt is better than flavoured on nausea days — less sugar means less stomach upset.
Frozen berries thawed in the fridge overnight work perfectly and are cheaper than fresh.
For dairy-free, use coconut yogurt (protein will drop to ~2g). Skyr works as a higher-protein swap.
