
Baked salmon with ginger glaze steamed rice and broccoli.
Salmon is soft flaky and easier to tolerate than chicken breast.
Serves 1 · 5 min prep · 15 min cook
Preheat oven to 200C.
Mix ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Brush over salmon fillet.
Place salmon on a lined baking tray. Bake 12-14 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook rice and steam broccoli.
Plate: rice, salmon on top, broccoli on the side.
