Pour 350ml (1.5 cups) Fairlife chocolate milk into a blender.

Fairlife has 13g protein per cup due to ultrafiltration. The frozen strawberries keep it ice-cold, which helps with nausea. You can swap strawberries for frozen banana if preferred.
Use Premier Protein shake (vanilla) as a dairy-free-ish swap, though it still contains milk protein. For true dairy-free, use a plant-based protein shake with 30g protein.
