
Classic deviled eggs with mayo and paprika. High protein snack you can batch-prep.
Make a batch of 12 halves and keep in the fridge. Grab 2-3 whenever you need easy protein.
Serves 1 · 5 min prep · 10 min cook
Hard-boil 3 eggs (10 minutes). Cool and peel.
Halve the eggs. Scoop yolks into a bowl.
Mash yolks with 1 tbsp mayo, half tsp mustard, pinch of salt.
Spoon filling back into the egg white halves.
Dust with paprika. Eat 3 halves, save the rest.
