Creamy cottage cheese topped with mixed berries, a drizzle of honey, and crunchy pumpkin seeds. High protein with almost zero cooking.
Cottage cheese is a GLP-1 community favourite — cold, soft, high protein, and goes down easy even on tough days. Keep a tub in the fridge at all times.
Serves 1 · 3 min prep
Scoop 200g (about 3/4 cup) of low-fat cottage cheese into a bowl.
~1 min
Top with 80g mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries — fresh or thawed frozen).
~1 min
Sprinkle with 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (pepitas) and drizzle with 1 tsp honey.
~1 min
Replace pumpkin seeds with sunflower seeds or hemp hearts. Use sugar-free maple syrup instead of honey. Swap berries for sliced peach or mango.
Use full-fat cottage cheese if you need more calories. For a sweeter version, add a dash of vanilla extract and cinnamon.
