Slice 3.5oz (100g) pre-cooked chicken breast into thin strips straight from the fridge.
Cut half a cucumber into rounds.
Arrange on a plate and season chicken with a tiny squeeze of lemon and pinch of salt. Graze at your pace.
Keep pre-cooked chicken strips or rotisserie chicken in the fridge at all times during Phase 1.
