Shrimp equals high protein but does not sit as heavy as meat.

Melt butter in a small pot. Add ginger for 20 seconds.
Add broth and grated courgette. Simmer 6-8 minutes.
Stir in coconut milk and soy sauce. Keep it gentle.
Add shrimp. Cook 2-3 minutes until just pink.
Turn off heat. Add lime juice and pepper.
Pour into a small bowl or mug.
