
Quick stir-fry with sliced chicken bell peppers and snap peas.
Stir-fry works well because everything is cut small and cooked soft.
Serves 1 · 5 min prep · 10 min cook
Heat sesame oil in a pan over high heat.
Add chicken slices. Cook 3-4 minutes.
Add bell pepper, snap peas, and ginger. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
Add soy sauce. Toss everything together for 1 minute.
Serve immediately. Optional: serve with 100g cooked rice.
