Heat olive oil in a pan. Season diced chicken with cumin, salt, and pepper.
Cook chicken 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
Add black beans to the pan. Warm through for 2 minutes.
Plate rice in a bowl. Top with chicken and beans.
Spoon salsa on top. Squeeze lime juice over everything.
