
Simple baked white fish with sweet potato wedges and green beans.
White fish is one of the lightest proteins. Sweet potato is gentle on digestion.

Preheat oven to 200C.
Toss sweet potato wedges in olive oil and paprika. Spread on a baking tray.
Bake wedges for 10 minutes, then add cod fillet with remaining oil and lemon.
Bake everything together for another 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
Steam green beans for 4 minutes. Plate everything together.
